Terms and Conditions

By taking part in any promotion, giveaway or offer provided by our company, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Promotion Rules

Promotional offers apply only during the advertised period and cannot be applied to past or future orders outside that window.

Promotions are not combinable with other discounts or offers unless clearly stated.
All promotions depend on available stock and may end early if items sell out.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time.
If an error occurs in pricing or promotional information, we may adjust or cancel the order.

Unless stated otherwise, promotional discounts do not apply to taxes, shipping fees, digital gift cards or already discounted products.

Participation in promotions requires accurate information. Misuse or fraudulent activity may result in cancellation.

2. Seasonal and Holiday Promotions

Seasonal or holiday promotions may include limited time discounts, bundles or free gifts.
These offers follow the same rules as general promotions and depend on stock and availability.

Seasonal guidance such as shipping cut offs or early order recommendations is advisory and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

3. Gift Wrapping Availability

Gift wrapping is offered while supplies last and on a first come basis.
During busy periods, wrapping materials may run out or the service may not be available within dispatch times.

If gift wrapping cannot be completed, we will notify the customer before dispatch.
Selecting gift wrapping at checkout does not guarantee availability.

4. Holiday Shipping Cut Off Guidance

Holiday shipping cut offs are provided to help customers plan orders.

USA and Canada

• Orders placed on or before the published cut off date are eligible for guaranteed delivery if stated.
• Orders placed after the cut off date may still arrive in time with express services, but delivery is not guaranteed.

International

• International shipping times vary during holiday periods.
• No guaranteed delivery dates are available for international orders unless stated.
• Customers are encouraged to consider express shipping options at checkout.

Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing or seasonal volume.

5. Holiday Office Hours and Customer Support (Fixed Annual Closures)

Our customer support office operates with reduced hours during the Christmas and New Year period.

These fixed annual closure dates apply every year unless otherwise announced.

Full office closures (no calls or emails processed):
• 24 December
• 25 December
• 26 December
• 31 December
• 1 January

Partial support days (limited hours and slower replies):
• 26 December
• 31 December

Response times during these dates may be slower than usual.

Official closure dates and reduced support periods may also be displayed in banners, newsletters or other notifications.

6. Eligibility Requirements

Some promotions may be restricted by region, age or customer segment.
We may request proof of eligibility before fulfilling an order.
Orders that do not meet the stated criteria may be cancelled.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled or amended if:
• pricing or promotional errors occur
• stock becomes unavailable
• misuse or fraud is suspected
• promotional conditions are not met

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Shipping and Delivery Conditions

Shipping estimates are advisory only and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
Courier delays, customs processing or seasonal demand may affect delivery times.

Promotional pricing or benefits cannot be extended or altered due to shipping delays that are outside our control.

9. Returns of Promotional Items

If an item was part of a promotional offer, bundle or free gift, all associated items must be returned for a full refund.

Free gifts must be returned unused and in their original condition.
If a free gift is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.

10. Use Limitations

Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes are limited to one use per customer and per household.

Attempts to bypass promotional restrictions by using multiple accounts may result in cancellation of all related orders.

11. Updates to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time.
The terms in place at the time of purchase or participation will apply.

12. Errors and Omissions

We make every effort to ensure accurate promotional information.
However, errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and adjust or cancel affected orders.

13. Limitation of Liability

Promotional offers are provided on an as available basis.
We do not accept liability for loss, delay or inconvenience arising from participation in a promotion.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it will be limited to the value of the promotional item or discount applied.

14. Misuse and Fair Use Policy

Deliberate misuse of promotions, repeated returns intended to exploit promotions, or attempts to manipulate promotional terms may result in exclusion from future offers.

15. Agreement to Terms

By entering, purchasing or participating in any promotional offer, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.

16. Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all BuzzTV digital gift cards sold through our official store.

16.1 Availability

BuzzTV digital gift cards are available to customers worldwide.
Some countries may restrict digital gift card use or redemption.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure gift cards are permitted in their region.

16.2 Governing Law

All BuzzTV gift card purchases are governed by the laws of Canada.
By purchasing or redeeming a gift card, the customer agrees that any dispute or claim relating to the gift card, its purchase or its use will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada.

This applies regardless of the customer’s location or nationality.

16.3 Dispute Resolution and Limitation of Claims

By purchasing or redeeming a BuzzTV gift card, the customer agrees to the following:

• All disputes must first be submitted to cs@buzztv.com

for internal review
• Claims must be brought on an individual basis only and not as part of a group or class action
• Claims relating to gift cards must be made within one year of the issue arising
• BuzzTV’s maximum liability is limited to the remaining balance of the affected gift card

BuzzTV does not offer arbitration. All claims must be resolved through the Canadian courts noted above.
This approach avoids conflicts with international consumer laws while providing strong legal protection.

16.4 Nature of the Gift Card

• Gift cards are delivered digitally and have no physical form
• They can be used only on the official BuzzTV online store
• Gift cards cannot be used on Amazon, Walmart, eBay or third party retailers

16.5 Currency and Value

Gift cards are issued in the currency displayed on the store at the time of purchase.
Shopify may convert values automatically depending on region or selected currency.
Banks or payment providers may apply additional fees or exchange rates.

16.6 Redemption

Gift cards can be redeemed by entering the unique code at checkout.
Multiple gift cards may be used on a single order unless stated otherwise.
Gift cards may be used on any eligible BuzzTV product unless restricted.

16.7 Expiry

BuzzTV gift cards do not expire.

16.8 Non Refundable and Non Transferable

• Gift cards cannot be refunded once issued
• Balances cannot be exchanged for cash except where legally required
• Gift card balances cannot be transferred to another customer or card
• BuzzTV is not responsible for lost or deleted codes

16.9 Order Cancellation and Refund Handling

If an order purchased with a gift card is refunded, the refund will return to the same card.
If a mixed payment was used, refunds will be applied proportionally.

16.10 Promotional Use

Promotional discounts do not apply to the purchase of gift cards unless explicitly stated.
Gift cards used during promotions remain subject to all promotional terms.

16.11 Fraud Prevention

BuzzTV may suspend or cancel any gift card suspected of being involved in fraudulent activity.
Verification may be required before redemption.

16.12 Technical Issues

If a customer does not receive their digital gift card within 24 hours, or is unable to redeem it, they should contact cs@buzztv.com
