1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. 
- 
Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 
- 
Returns are not accepted for sale items, promotional items, or orders placed with free shipping or discount codes. 
2. Return Authorization (RMA Required)
- 
All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 
- 
To obtain an RMA, contact us with your order number, model, serial number, and MAC address (for devices; accessories are exempt). 
- 
Do not ship any items back without RMA approval—unauthorized returns will be refused. 
3. Customer Responsibility for Return Costs
- 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
- 
We do not provide prepaid labels; customers must arrange and pay for return shipping. 
- 
Any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred on returns (including incorrect/unauthorized returns) are the customer’s responsibility. 
- 
COD (Cash on Delivery) returns will be refused. 
4. Condition of Returned Items
- 
Items must include all accessories, manuals, and packaging. 
- 
Returns that are incomplete, damaged, modified, or show signs of misuse are not eligible for refund. 
- 
If the product was damaged in transit, notify us immediately upon receipt. 
5. Refunds
- 
After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. 
- 
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. 
- 
Original shipping charges, customs/duties, and handling fees are non-refundable. 
6. Exchanges
- 
Exchanges are available only for items that are defective or damaged on arrival. 
- 
An RMA is still required before sending anything back. 
7. Non-Returnable Items
- 
Gift cards, promotional giveaways, and clearance/final sale items are not returnable and not refundable. 
8. Policy Enforcement
- 
Items sent back without prior approval, sent COD, or returned without covering duties/tariffs will be refused and returned to sender. 
- 
We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the return does not meet these requirements.
