Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

 


 

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date

  • Applies to purchases made on BuzztvDirect.com (North America only)

  • Items must be in Like New condition*

Non-eligible returns:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Promotional items

  • Orders placed using discount codes or free shipping offers

 


 

2. Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns must be approved in advance. Please email cs@buzztv.com with the information

To request an RMA, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Product model

  • Serial number

  • MAC address (devices only; not required for accessories)

Items returned without an approved RMA will be refused.

 


 

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

Additional costs:

  • Any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • Applies to all returns, including incorrect or unauthorized shipments

COD (Cash on Delivery) returns will be refused

We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping for all returns. BuzzTV is not responsible for any damage during return transit.

 


 

4. Condition Requirements

Items must include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

Returns that are incomplete, damaged, modified, or show signs of misuse are not eligible for refund.

Note: We may apply a restocking fee for items not meeting these conditions.

 


 

5. Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrived damaged, please contact us immediately upon delivery.

 


 

6. Refunds

  • All returns are inspected upon arrival

  • You will be notified once your return is approved or rejected

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7 to 10 business days

Non-refundable:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Customs, duties, and handling fees

 


 

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for:

  • Items that are defective

  • Items that arrived damaged

An approved RMA is required before returning any item.

 


 

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional giveaways

  • Clearance or final sale items

 


 

9. Policy Enforcement

Items sent back without prior approval, sent as COD, or returned without covering applicable duties or tariffs will be refused and returned to sender.

We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange that does not meet these requirements.

BuzzTV reserves sole discretion on all return requests.

 


 

* Like New condition, meaning:

  • No visible signs of use, wear, or damage

  • No scratches, dents, or cosmetic defects

  • All original accessories, manuals, and packaging are included

  • No modifications, alterations, or tampering

  • The product is fully functional
